"New Year, New Me" Motto

Who doesn't love a fresh start?! A new day, new month, new year--are all wonderful moments to be a better version of YOU! I love to hear this saying "New year, new me" specifically because it let me know that, as a person you care about your well-being and others around you!

Every year is an opportunity to evolve--learn something new, try something new, become someone new! Although, new starts can be quite scary and nerve wrecking, it's so worth the effort you're going to put forward! 

Some of you may be thinking, well how do I live up to this New year, new me" motto? I say, stay strong and follow through. Setting the tone early for yourself and being organized is best. Creating realistic goals, deadlines and being very specific will keep you on track! 

I created a Vision Board this year and although I don't have many "visions" on my board, as of yet! I found three important words in a magazine (special thanks to my family Orthodontist, reception area, for providing a stack of used magazines to help with this project) that best describe how I'm going to make these visions come together for 2023. Here they are: Wellness, Romance, Boss!
